RETURN Policy details
BEWARE. Unfortunately for me I was late looking to check the REVIEWS. The purchase was too good to be true with a discount. After I had Placed Order- – I kept looking for the RETURN Policy details and saw HELP screen which said: Jakelo.com that’s when I (1) looked up the Reviews and saw SCAM and (2) found their RETURN Policy on the Main Website and it was riddled with spelling errors …. and what do ‘they’ say: DEFINITE RED FLAG!!!
Personal Review
Do not order from this site. I ordered a willow tree Zampognaro Shepard with Bagpipe nativity figurine. When it arrived it was not what I ordered. It was not a willow tree figurine and did not resemble what I ordered. I contacted them and they refused to reimburse me the full amount. They said they would only reimburse me 15%. I would not accept 15% and they said they would reimburse me 20%. I did not accept their offer. They stated I would have to pay a $20 postage fee and return the item to them to receive a full refund. This website is a scam do not order from them.
